Chaplain Programs
It is no secret that promoting spiritual fitness and resilience training in the workplace would add to the health and wellbeing of any organization, but it is not apparent how such a resource could be offered in a professional organization or pluralistic community.
No office in America is so delicately balanced between church and state as that of the military chaplain.
- Hans Zeiger, Pepperdine’s School of Public Policy
By holding to standards and training comparable to the military chaplain, our chaplains are trusted and equipped to meet the spiritual needs of members of faith and non-faith communities — even in a secular and/or pluralistic context.
Not only will an established chaplain program add resilience to your team or community, our peer training approach fosters environments that enjoy greater collaboration and compassion toward one another.
Chapel Corps intends to bridge the gap by creating chaplain programs structured very similarly to those created by the Department of Defense and customized to the specific needs of your organization or community.
