Troy joined the United States Air Force Chaplain Corps in 2022. He holds a Master of Divinity in Professional Chaplaincy from Liberty University. He recently finished a tour serving the 35th Fighter Wing at Misawa AB, Japan and is currently working toward a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) while serving the ROTC cadets at the University of Texas at Austin. Troy lives in Austin, Texas with Sabrina, his wife of fifteen years, and their four children.
